Inservices - Technology Integration Training

Full staff inservices can be conducted at your site to give hands on demonstrations on how to use Kid Pix® Deluxe 3 Projects for the Classroom or Kid Pix® Deluxe 4 Projects for the Classroom with your students. Cynthia Garland or certified staff will come out and spend the day with your teachers and guide them through:

1. Kid Pix® 3 or 4 Deluxe tools and their functions
2. Technology lesson integration with State Content Standards
3. Hands-on guided practice through the ready made templates found in the Kid Pix® Deluxe 3 or 4 Projects for the Classroom books
4. Creating multimedia slideshows with student projects including voice narration, animations, and slide transitions
5. Using scanned pictures or digital camera shots within your Kid Pix® projects
6. Strategies for using the technology lesson plans in a classroom or lab setting

The cost for a full day staff inservice, including a book for each teacher up to 25, is $1,100. The training would include two 3 hour sessions with each group of your teachers.
